Each item is personalised or handmade just for you. Items that are personalised can not be refunded or exchanged. We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders unless the item is faulty. If damaged in transit we will put a claim in with the courier. Evidence of the damage will need to be provided. Once a successful claim has been had you will then receive either a refund or a new item.
Your statuary rights are not effected.
If you wish to cancel your item please let us know within 24 hours. After 24 hours your item will be being made and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to add anything to your item please let us know within 24 hours.
As each item is personalised or handmade just for you, please allow upto 14 days for delivery. Items are usually shipped sooner than this. However, over busy periods this may be slightly longer. Your item will be shipped via courier and tracking will be provided. Shipping costs include packaging costs, time costs and postage costs. I will automatically ship to the address provided. If you wish your item to be shipped to an alternative address please state the address at time of order.

Can my item be personalised?Yes, most of my items are personalisable. You can add names, dates of birth, pictures, quotes and more. if you have anything specific in mind please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate.

What if I change my mind on personalisation after I have placed an order?Please do try to get in touch with me straight away in order to accommodate the changes. No changes can be made after 24 hours.

Can you discount for bulk items?I do offer discount on multiple items or bulk orders. Please can in touch to enquire.

Do you send your items via tracked delivery?Yes, all my parcels are sent via tracked courier or Royal Mail.

When will I receive my order?Most of my items are handmade or personalised. Please allow up to 10 days (although it is usually sent much sooner) for your item. If you would like something sooner please get in touch and I will try and accommodate.

Can I have my own items personalised?Yes, I do offer a personalisation service. If you an item that you would like personalised please get in touch for more details.

What kind of printing do you offer?I use various ways to personalise your item depending on the order. I use sublimation, vinyl, wood burning, glass etching, engraving. If you would like more information please get in touch.
I package all orders and parcels with care so that they arrive to you in the best possible quality. I can provide gift wrapping for an extra fee.
